The Stormr Surf Top features neoprene cuffs, an adjustable hood, a neoprene neck gasket, and an adjustable waistband seal. All of the seams are glued, blind-stitched and thermal taped to insure that they are completely leak-proof. There is a big pocket on the front as well as a kangaroo style hand warmer. There is an internal cell phone pocket as well. The Stormr Men's Surf Top is a semi-dry top that will keep you warm and dry while fishing for big striped bass and other species.
